Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

Important Notice: Trading Tik is a simulated terminal created strictly for educational and learning purposes only. No real financial trading, actual money depositing, or broker services are provided here.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TradingTik, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform, signals, or services.

2. Use of Demo Account, Signals & VIP Indicators

The demo trading simulator, AI algorithms, and TradingView VIP indicator access provided by TradingTik are for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance of any signal, script, or algorithm does not guarantee future results in live financial markets.

3. Subscription, Activation, Updates & Refund Policy

Subscription plans require a valid TradingView username for script authorization, and access activation typically takes between 1 to 4 hours post-payment verification.

Algorithm Updates: Minor bug fixes, routine maintenance, and small optimization updates to existing algorithms are provided free of charge to active subscribers. However, the release of major version upgrades, advanced secondary modules, or completely overhauled proprietary systems may require a separate upgrade or nominal migration fee.

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our trading indicators, all sales are final and non-refundable once script access has been granted.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and registered TradingView handle. TradingTik will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or unauthorized sharing of indicator access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, logos, AI algorithms, Pine Script indicators, and software code on TradingTik are the exclusive intellectual property of TradingTik and protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized redistribution or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
